These are the rules for using the E'Bros Dumpsters website and the services on it. They also spell out the conditions that come with every dumpster we rent. Prices, weight, extra days, the stuff that can't go in. Give them a read before you book.
Agreeing to These Terms
When you visit this site, ask for a price, or book a dumpster or any other job with us, you're agreeing to these terms. Don't agree with something here? Then please don't use the site or place an order. Call us instead and we'll talk it through.
Who We Are
This website belongs to E'Bros Property Services Inc., a family business based in Auburn, Massachusetts. E'Bros Dumpsters is our dumpster rental side. Our mailing address is PO Box 47, Auburn, MA 01501. Call us at (833) 854-9997 or email info@ebrosdumpsters.com. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean E'Bros Property Services Inc. "You" means the person using the site or booking with us.
What We Do
Dumpster rental comes first. We drop off dumpsters in Auburn and the towns around it. We also do excavation, site grading and site prep, hardscaping, irrigation, and snow and ice work, and each of those gets its own price for the job. Everything on this website is general info. It isn't a contract, an offer, or a promise that a date is open. Your price and your date get locked in when you book.
Booking and Paying
Book online any time on our booking page, or just call. Your invoice comes by email and text 1 to 2 days before drop off. You can pay by credit card, Venmo, cash, or bank transfer, and every option is listed on the invoice. We don't charge sales tax. Before your online order goes through, the checkout has you read and sign our dumpster rental conditions. We've laid them out below in plain English. If anything here ever reads different from what you signed, the signed version is the one that counts for your rental.
Dumpster Rental Conditions
Every dumpster we rent comes with these conditions.
The Dumpster
One size. A 10 yard roll off dumpster that's 11 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 4 feet tall. It's a great fit for cleaning out a house or a small remodel. Leaves, grass, and other yard waste can't go in, because Massachusetts bans yard waste from the trash.
Rental Prices
- $365 for a 2 day rental
- $425 for a 7 day rental
Both prices cover delivery, pickup, and the first ton of whatever you put in. Want it all on one page? See dumpster prices.
Weight Over One Ton
The rental price includes one ton. Go over that and each extra ton is $150 per ton, prorated. That means you pay for the part of a ton you use, not a whole ton.
Extra Days and Pickup
Done with the dumpster? Give us a call. We don't swing by on our own. Every day past the rental you picked is $12 per day.
Finishing Early
The rental price covers the rental length you picked. If you finish early, there's no refund for the days you didn't use.
How to Load It
Fill the dumpster level with the top of the walls. Nothing can stick up over the sides, because the load gets covered for the ride to the dump. You load the dumpster yourself. We don't offer crew loading.
Moving the Dumpster
- Moving it to a new spot at the same address is $150.
- Moving it to a different address is $200.
Items Banned by MassDEP
The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, MassDEP for short, bans certain items from landfills. If we find any of these in your dumpster, you'll be charged the fee next to it.
- TV and computer screens$90 each
- Mattresses$125 each
- Propane tanks$50 each
- Railroad ties and creosote poles$250 each
- Machine and truck tires$300 each
- Anything with Freon, like air conditioners, fridges, freezers, and dehumidifiers$75 each
- Washers, dryers, and dishwashers$75 each
Car tires, box springs, and dried-out latex paint cans can go in, with the fee listed in your signed rental agreement.

No Hazardous or Special Waste
We don't take hazardous or special waste. Period. That means medical waste and anything liquid, like wet paint, oil, fuel, or solvents. If hazardous stuff ends up in the can and it costs extra to deal with, that cost is on the customer.
Heavy Stuff
Concrete, dirt, roofing shingles, asphalt, scrap metal, logs, and stumps can go in. The terms and any extra charges are in the rental agreement you sign. Heavy stuff adds up fast and the first ton goes quick, so call before you book and we'll help you plan the load.

The words, layout, logo, photos, and everything else on this site belong to E'Bros Property Services Inc. or are used with permission. Look all you want. Share it with a neighbor. But don't copy it for your own business without our OK in writing.
Links and Outside Content
Some pages link to other websites, to our online booking system, or show things like a map. They're there to make life easier. We don't run those outside services, so we're not responsible for what they say, whether it's right, or how they handle your info.
No Warranties on the Website
We work hard to keep this site accurate and up to date. Still, it comes as is, with no warranties of any kind, spelled out or implied. We can't promise the site will always be up or free of mistakes. You use it, and lean on what it says, at your own risk.
Limits on Our Liability
As far as the law allows, E'Bros Property Services Inc. isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that come from using this website. This part is about the website only. The terms for your actual rental or job are the ones set when you book.
Which Law Applies
Massachusetts law governs these terms, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute about this website or these terms gets handled in the right courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms now and then. When we do, the new version goes up on this page with a new date. Keep using the site after that and you're agreeing to the new terms.
