Prices and What's Included
One size. Two rental lengths. A short list of extras. That's the whole menu.
Our 10 yard is $365 for 2 days or $425 for 7 days. Delivery, pickup and the first ton are in that price, and there's no sales tax on top. The only things that push it higher are extra weight, extra days, and a short list of items that carry a fee.
Drop off. Pickup. The first ton of whatever you toss in. You pick 2 days or 7 when you book, and that sets your price.
It's $150 per ton past the first, prorated. So you pay for the part of a ton you use, not a whole extra ton. Dirt, concrete and shingles get heavy fast, way faster than most people figure, so call us first if that's what's going in.
Sure. Every day past the rental you picked is $12. When you're done, call us and we'll come grab it.
A few, and we'd rather you hear about them now than on your bill. Moving the can is $150 at the same address or $200 to a new one. MassDEP banned items cost extra if they turn up in the can, and so do car tires, box springs and dried paint cans. That list is a little further down. Add extra weight and extra days and you've got every extra in our rental terms.
The 10 Yard Dumpster
We rent one size. Here's what it holds and where it fits.
Our 10 yard is built bigger than most. It's 11 feet long, 8 feet wide and 4 feet tall, which gives you about 13 cubic yards of room, for the same price. We rent this one dumpster, and it's made for household cleanouts and small renovations.
Yep. The can is 11 feet long and 8 feet wide, so a regular couch lies down flat inside with room left over. And couches aren't on our extra fee list, so there's no surprise charge.
About 13 cubic yards, or about 3 to 4 pickup truck loads. Think a garage or basement cleanout, a small remodel, or an old patio torn out. Your first ton of weight is already in the price.
No. Load it level with the top of the walls, with nothing sticking up over the sides. The load gets covered for the ride to the dump, so it has to sit flat.
The can is 11 feet by 8 feet, so you'll want a spot a bit bigger than that, plus room for our truck to back in. Tight spot? Low wires? Steep driveway? Tell us when you book.
Not right now. We rent one dumpster, our 10 yard, and it's already bigger than most at about 13 cubic yards. Got a big project? Call and tell us about it and we'll give you an honest answer on whether one can covers it.
Delivery and Placement
How the can gets to you, and where it ends up.
Three steps. Book online or call, and pick 2 days or 7. We bring the can on our truck and set it where you want it. You fill it up, call us when you're done, and we haul it off.
Two days ahead is best. Shorter notice is fine whenever we can fit it in, so call and we'll tell you the soonest day we can get there. Online, you pick your drop off date when you book.
No. Nobody needs to be home. Just tell us where you want it. We put boards under the dumpster on every drop to protect your driveway.
Your driveway is the best spot. We'd rather not put it on the street. Wherever it goes, our truck has to be able to get there safely.
Not for a driveway. If the can has to sit on the street, the homeowner gets any street permit from the town first. Every town has its own rules. Not sure who to ask at town hall? Call us and we'll help you figure it out.
Yes. It's $150 to move it to another spot at the same address and $200 to take it to a different address.
What Can and Can't Go In
Most household junk goes right in. A short list costs extra. And a few things can't go in at all.
Hazardous and special waste, period. That means medical waste and liquids like wet paint, oil, fuel and solvents. Leaves and grass can't go in either. Then there's the state's list. MassDEP bans things like TVs, mattresses, propane tanks and tires from landfills, so those cost extra if they show up in the can.

You can. It's $125 per mattress, though. Massachusetts bans mattresses from landfills, so we charge for each one we find in the can.
Yes, for $75 each. That covers anything with freon in it, like an AC, fridge, freezer or dehumidifier. Washers, dryers and dishwashers are $75 each too.
TV and computer screens run $90 each. Propane tanks, $50. Machine and truck tires are the big one at $300 each, and railroad ties or creosote poles are $250 apiece. Car tires and box springs are OK, for a small fee listed in the rental agreement.
Yes. Heavy stuff like dirt, concrete, shingles, scrap metal, asphalt, logs and stumps is allowed. The terms and any extra charges are in the rental agreement you sign. It adds up fast and the first ton goes quick, so call first and we'll help you plan the load.
Dried out latex paint cans are OK, for a small fee. Wet paint can't go in. Neither can oil, fuel, solvents or any other liquid. Not sure about something? Just call.
We charge the fee on the list for each one. Hazardous stuff is a different story. Any extra cost it causes lands on the customer, and that's spelled out in our rental terms. Easiest fix in the world? Ask before you toss it.

Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 4 PM. Closed Sunday. You can book online any time, day or night.
We send the invoice by email and text 1 to 2 days before drop off. Pay by credit card, Venmo, cash or bank transfer. They're all listed on the invoice. There's no sales tax, and no refund for finishing early, so if you're done in 3 days on a 7 day rental, the price stays the same.
Call us when you're done and we'll come get it. Go past the rental days you picked and it's $12 for each extra day.
Yes. Our rental terms are part of the online checkout. They cover the prices, the extra fees and what can't go in, so pretty much the same stuff that's on this page.
Other Services
Dumpster rental is our main thing. But the same owner operated business does a lot more around the property.
Plenty. Excavation, site grading and site prep, hardscaping, irrigation, plus snow and ice management. Each one has its own page. One thing we don't do is load the dumpster for you. You fill it on your own time.
Yes. We're fully insured, with all the licenses our work needs, including a Massachusetts hoisting license. Proof is available when you ask.
