Low Walls. Fits the Driveway. Holds More Than It Looks.
A 10 yard dumpster rental covers most of the home projects we see around Worcester County. Our can is 11 feet long, 8 feet wide and just 4 feet tall. That short wall is the part people love. You can toss a bag over the side without a ladder, and you can walk an old dresser right up to the edge and tip it in.
And it fits where a big can won't. Most driveways in Auburn and the towns around us have room for it, with space left to get the car out.
It's the only size we run right now, and it's made for two kinds of jobs. Cleanouts and small remodels.

The 10 Yard in Plain Numbers
Our 10 yard is built bigger than most: 11 x 8 x 4, about 13 cubic yards of room, for the same price. Same first ton included, too. Shopping for a 13 yard dumpster? This is the same can.
That's about 3 to 4 full pickup truck loads, or 3 or 4 dump runs you don't have to make.
That's our real can in the photo. Black steel, low sides, red maple leaf. It's the same can behind every dumpster rental in Auburn we do.

A rough guide. Every pile is different, so call if you're on the fence.
One loading rule: nothing over the top. Load it level with the top of the walls, because the load gets covered for the ride to the dump. Some stuff can't go in, or costs extra if it does. Mattresses, TVs and tires are the big ones. Take a look at what can't go in a dumpster before you start loading.

Two jobs this can was built for.
Household Cleanouts
Picture the basement nobody's touched in ten years. Or a parent's house after the move. Furniture, boxes, old toys, the lamp that never worked. The low walls make it easy to load by hand, and a 7 day rental gives you time to sort as you go.

Small Renovations
A bathroom gut. A small kitchen redo. Old flooring, or carpet from a few rooms. Remodel debris gets heavy fast, so keep the first ton in mind. Tile and plaster add up way quicker than wood and drywall.
Heavy load? Call us first
Call (833) 854-9997Your First Ton Is Included
Every rental comes with one ton. That's 2,000 pounds. For a house cleanout it's usually plenty, since couches and boxes are bulky but not that heavy.
Heavy stuff is a different story. Shingles, tile, plaster, concrete and dirt can hit a ton long before the can looks full. Anything past the first ton is $150 a ton, prorated. You pay for the part of a ton you go over, not a whole one.
Heavy stuff can go in. The terms and any extra charges are in the rental agreement you sign. Still, if you're loading concrete, dirt, asphalt or a whole roof of shingles, call before you book, because the first ton goes quick. And some items carry a fee. Mattresses, box springs, TVs, tires, propane tanks and anything with freon all cost extra.

10 Yard Dumpster Questions
It will. Our 10 yard is 11 feet long and most couches run 6 to 7 feet, so a regular couch lies flat on the bottom with room to spare. A big sectional fits too once you pull the pieces apart. One catch with a pull out sleeper. Take the mattress out first, because mattresses are banned from the trash in Massachusetts and cost $125 if one turns up in the can.
Ours is built bigger than most. It's 11 feet long, 8 feet wide and 4 feet tall, about 13 cubic yards of room for the same price. That's about 3 to 4 full pickup truck loads. The short 4 foot walls make it easy to toss stuff over the side. Just keep the load level with the top of the walls, since it gets covered for the ride to the dump.
$365 for 2 days or $425 for 7 days. Both prices cover drop off, pickup and the first ton. After that it's $150 a ton, prorated, and $12 for each extra day. It's the same price in every town we serve.
Your price includes 1 ton, which is 2,000 pounds. Go over and it's $150 a ton, prorated, so you only pay for the part of a ton you use. Furniture and boxes usually stay under. Shingles, tile, concrete and dirt don't, so call us first if your load is the heavy kind.
Nothing hazardous and no liquids. So no wet paint, oil, fuel, solvents or medical waste. Dried out latex paint cans are OK for a small fee. Leaves and grass can't go in either, since Massachusetts bans yard waste from the trash. Some items are banned from the trash in Massachusetts and cost extra if we find them in the can. TVs and computer screens are $90 each. Mattresses are $125, propane tanks $50, railroad ties $250, and machine or truck tires $300. Fridges, freezers, AC units, dehumidifiers, washers, dryers and dishwashers are $75 each. Car tires and box springs are OK, for a small fee listed in your rental agreement.
Most likely. The can takes up about 11 by 8 feet, and our truck needs room to back in and set it down. The driveway is the best spot, and we put boards under the can to protect it. If it has to go on the street, the homeowner gets any street permit from the town. Tight driveway? Call us first.
Sure. Each extra day is $12. Tell us when you book, or just call while the can's still in your driveway. Done early? No problem, but there's no refund for the days you don't use.
Call us and we'll come get it. Need it moved instead? That's $150 to a new spot at the same address, or $200 to a different address.
