Sprinklers, Done Local

Sprinklers That Work in July. And Survive January.

Most folks know us for the black dumpsters. Fair enough. Dumpster rental is our main business and it isn't close. But we're a property services company too, and lawn irrigation is part of the job. We put in new sprinkler systems and fix the ones acting up. Then every year we turn them on in spring and blow them out in fall so the pipes live to see another summer.

Owner operated, Auburn based. The owners started at 12 years old, mowing lawns and doing odd jobs in the same neighborhood they grew up in. Call the number on this page and you talk to the owner. Tell them what your yard's doing, brown patches or a zone that won't come on or a geyser by the mailbox, and you'll get a straight answer on what it needs. We're fully insured, too. Read Our Story.

What We Do

Irrigation Work We Handle Around Auburn

A whole new system or one busted head. Here's what we do.

Sprinkler System Installation

We lay out zones around your lawn, your beds and the spots where the sun beats down hardest. Pipe goes in through narrow cuts. Heads go in. Then we run every zone before we call it done.

Sprinkler Repair

A zone that won't turn on. A head soaking the driveway. Weak pressure on one side of the yard and fine on the other. We find out why and fix it.

Leaks and Broken Heads

Mower clipped a head? Got a soggy patch that never dries out? Most of the time it's a cracked fitting or a broken head, and once we find it the fix is small.

Spring Startup

We bring the water back slow so nothing gets slammed. Then we check each zone, swap out whatever winter cracked and set the timer for the season.

Fall Blowout and Winterization

Compressed air pushes the water out of every line and every head before it can freeze. If you only book one thing a year, make it this one.

Coverage Tune Up

Heads get kicked crooked. Shrubs grow up in front of them. We aim the spray back where it belongs, on the grass and off the sidewalk.

Install Day

What a New Sprinkler Install Looks Like

Picture install day. First we walk the yard with you and talk about where water actually needs to go. The lawn. The beds. That dry strip along the driveway that's been brown since July. Then little flags go in to mark the zones and where each head will sit.

The pipe goes in through narrow cuts in the grass, not big open ditches. Heads get set. The controller gets wired up. We run every zone and watch where it sprays, tweak what needs tweaking, then rake the cuts back in. Mow it a few times and you'll have a hard time finding the lines.

Sprinkler Winterization

Skip the Blowout and Winter Gets a Free Shot at Your Pipes

Here's the deal with a Worcester County winter. The ground freezes, and any water still sitting in your sprinkler pipes freezes right along with it. Ice takes up more room than water. So it pushes. It'll split a pipe, crack a valve or pop a sprinkler head apart, and you won't have a clue until spring when you flip the system on and get a fountain in the front yard.

A fall sprinkler blowout heads that off. We hook an air compressor up to your system and push air through one zone at a time until the heads spit mist instead of water. No water in the lines. Nothing to freeze.

Get it done before the first hard freeze. Around here that usually lands somewhere from October into early November, but the weather picks the date, not us. Call early.

How It Works

Three Steps to Sprinklers That Work

No forms and no runaround. It starts with a phone call.

1

Call and Tell Us What's Up

Ring (833) 854-9997. New system, a repair, a spring startup or a fall blowout. Tell us your town and what you're seeing in the yard.

2

We Come Take a Look

Repairs and new installs, we want eyes on the yard first. Every lawn's different, so we look before we put a price on it.

3

We Do the Work, Then Test It

We fix it or build it. Then we run every zone while you watch, so you see it working before we pack up.

Spring startups and fall blowouts land in the same few weeks for everybody in town. So call early in the season, not the week of the first freeze.

Doing More Than Sprinklers?

Tearing Up the Yard? Grab a Dumpster Too.

Sprinkler jobs tend to come with bigger plans. An old patio comes up. Extra dirt and rock pile up. The garage finally gets cleaned out. That's where our main business comes in. Our 10 yard dumpster takes dirt, rock and old stone, and we drop it in your driveway and haul it off when you call. Leaves and grass can't go in. Need the ground leveled or a patio put in first? We do site grading and hardscaping too.

Before the first hard freeze. In central Mass that's usually early October to early November, but watch the forecast, not the calendar. A little frost on the grass won't touch buried pipe. A string of nights in the low 20s will. We'd rather blow it out a week early than a week late.

Maybe nothing. Or maybe a cracked pipe, a split valve or a busted backflow device that you won't find until spring. Ice needs more room than water does, and plastic pipe doesn't stretch much. A blowout is a small job. Digging up a broken line in May isn't.

Once the ground's thawed and the hard frosts are behind you. Around Auburn that's usually late April or May. Go too early and one cold snap can freeze the water you just put back in. At a spring startup we bring the water up slow, check every zone and fix whatever winter broke.

Depends on the yard. How big it is, how many zones, how many beds need water and how much ledge is hiding under the grass all move the number, and central Mass has rock everywhere. We won't guess over the phone. Call, we'll come look, and you get a real price before anybody digs.

Sure can. Most systems go into lawns that are already there. The pipe goes in through narrow cuts, not wide trenches, and we rake the grass back over. It looks a little rough for a couple of weeks. A few mowings later you'll have trouble finding where the lines run.

The lawn usually tells on it. Brown patches in one spot. A soggy patch that never dries. A head that won't pop up, or one watering the street. A water bill that jumps for no reason is another giveaway. See any of that? Call us and we'll track it down.

We do. Auburn is home base, and we also work in Worcester, Boylston, Charlton, Oxford, Webster, Holden, Paxton, Leicester, Rochdale and Millbury. Just over the line from one of those? Call and ask anyway.

You bet. That's our main business. Our 10 yard dumpster is 11 feet long, 8 feet wide and 4 feet tall, so there's plenty of room for old patio stone, extra dirt and the rest of a project cleanup. Book it online any time or call. Dirt and stone are heavy and the first ton goes quick, so call first and we'll help you plan. Leaves and grass can't go in.

Still got a question? Just call and ask.
