Auburn Dumpster Rental From Right Here in Town
The owners got their start at 12 years old, mowing lawns with a lawn tractor and a trailer around the same Auburn-area neighborhood they grew up in. Today that's E'Bros Property Services, and dumpster rentals are a big part of it. We're owner operated, so when you call, you talk to the owner. Read our story.
We keep it simple on purpose. One size of dumpster. Two prices. $365 if you need it for 2 days, $425 if you want the whole week, and both of them cover delivery, pickup and the first ton. The prices are right here on the page, so you don't have to call around for a quote.
Most folks renting a dumpster in Auburn are clearing out a house or redoing a room. The 10 yard handles both. Not sure it's the right fit for your job? Call us. We'll tell you straight.

One Can, Sized for Real Jobs
We run one size right now, and we picked it on purpose.
The 10 Yard Dumpster
It's 11 feet long, 8 feet wide and 4 feet tall, about 13 cubic yards of room. That's bigger than most 10 yards, for the same price. Those low walls matter more than you'd think. You can toss a bag over the side without a step stool, and you can walk a dresser right up to it. Small enough for a normal driveway. Big enough for a real cleanout or a small remodel.
Dumpster Rental Prices, Right Up Front
Same can, same first ton. You just pick how long you want it.
2 Day Rental
Good for a quick job. Load it over a weekend, level with the top, and call us when it's full.
Book 2 Days7 Day Rental
More TimeSixty bucks more gets you five extra days. Worth it for a remodel, or a cleanout that eats a few evenings.
Book 7 DaysBoth prices cover drop off, pickup and the first ton. Need it longer? Extra days are $12 each. Need the can moved? That's $150 at the same address and $200 to a new one. Same price in every town we serve, no sales tax, and you can pay by credit card, Venmo, cash or bank transfer. The full breakdown lives on our dumpster prices page.

Household stuff and remodel debris are all fair game.
Got heavier stuff? Construction debris, roofing shingles, concrete, dirt, scrap metal, asphalt or logs can go in, and the terms and any extra charges are in the rental agreement you sign. Heavy loads eat through that first ton fast, so call before you load and we'll help you plan. Leaves and grass have to stay out, since Massachusetts bans yard waste from the trash. And one rule for every load: nothing over the top. Load it level with the top of the walls, because the load gets covered for the ride to the dump.
How Drop Off Works
Your dumpster shows up on the back of our black pickup with a hook lift. Not some giant truck.
The driveway is the best spot. Measure it first. The can is 11 feet long and 8 feet wide, and the truck needs room to back in and set it down. We put boards under the can on every drop to protect your driveway, and nobody needs to be home.
- 11 ft long
- 8 ft wide
- 4 ft tall
Does it have to sit on the street? We'd rather not, but if it does, the homeowner gets any street permit from the town before drop off day. For an Auburn address, that's the Town of Auburn.
When you're done loading, give us a call. We'll come get it.
Call (833) 854-9997The First Ton Is Included
Every rental comes with the first ton. That's 2,000 pounds.
Light stuff like furniture, boxes and bagged trash takes up a lot of room for what it weighs. Heavy stuff is a different story. Dirt, concrete, shingles and tile can blow past a ton while the can still looks half empty.
Anything over that first ton is $150 a ton, prorated, so you pay for the part of a ton you go over, not a whole one. Heavy stuff is allowed, with terms in the rental agreement you sign. So if your job is heavy, call us before you start loading and we'll help you plan it.

What Can't Go In a Dumpster in Massachusetts
Massachusetts keeps some things out of the trash. If we find one in the can, there's a fee for each one.
Pull them out before the truck comes and you won't pay a dime extra. Car tires, box springs and dried out latex paint cans are OK, for a small fee listed in your rental agreement.

$365 for 2 days or $425 for 7 days. Both prices cover delivery, pickup and the first ton. Go over a ton and it's $150 a ton, prorated, and extra days are $12 each. It's the same price in every town we serve, with no sales tax.
Massachusetts keeps a list of things that can't go in the trash. For us that means TVs and computer screens, mattresses, propane tanks, machine and truck tires, railroad ties and big appliances like fridges and washers. If one ends up in the can there's a fee for each item, from $50 to $300. Car tires, box springs and dried out latex paint cans are OK, for a small fee. Leaves and grass can't go in, since Massachusetts bans yard waste from the trash. And hazardous stuff like wet paint, oil, fuel, solvents and medical waste can't go in at all.
Yep. Our 10 yard is 11 feet long, so a regular couch fits with room to spare. If it's a pull out, take the mattress out first. Mattresses are on the banned list and cost $125 if we find one in the can.
If you're near Auburn, right here. We're based in Auburn and we drop off in Worcester, Boylston, Charlton, Oxford, Webster, Holden, Paxton, Leicester, Rochdale and Millbury too. Farther out? We deliver there for an added fuel charge based on distance. Book online any time or give us a call.
Pick 2 days for $365 or 7 days for $425. Need a little more time? Extra days are $12 each. Just call us when you're done and we'll come get it. Finishing early is fine, but there's no refund for days you don't use.
The first ton is included. After that it's $150 a ton, prorated, so you only pay for the part of a ton you use. Dirt, concrete and shingles can go in, but they add up fast, so call before you load heavy stuff and we'll help you plan.
A driveway is the best spot, and we put boards under the can to protect it. The street isn't our first choice. If it has to sit on the street, the homeowner gets any street permit from the town. For an Auburn address, that's the Town of Auburn.
Sure. It's $150 to move it to another spot at the same address and $200 to take it to a new address. Just give us a call.
