E'Bros Property Services Inc. is a family owned, owner operated business out of Auburn, Massachusetts. E'Bros Dumpsters is the dumpster rental side. We also do excavation, site grading, hardscaping, irrigation, and snow and ice work. Want to reach us? Any of these works.

When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it means E'Bros Property Services Inc.
Information We Collect
Only what we need to price your job, drop off the dumpster, and pick it back up. That's it. It comes in three kinds.
- What you tell us. When you fill out a form, call, text, or book online, you give us things like your name, phone number, email, the address where the dumpster goes, and what your project is.
- Notes from our calls and texts. We keep records of calls and texts so we can follow up on your rental and keep your order straight.
- Basic website data. Like most sites, ours picks up simple stats. Which pages you visit, your rough location, your browser, and how you found us. Cookies and tools like them handle that part.
Booking Online
Our online booking runs on iCans, an outside booking system we use for checkout. What you type in there goes to that system. That includes payment details, if the checkout asks for them. We don't collect or keep full card numbers on this website. And iCans has its own privacy terms that cover what you enter on their side.
How We Use Your Information
We use it to do the job you asked us to do. So that means things like this.
- Giving you a price and answering your questions
- Setting up your drop off and your pickup
- Talking with you about your rental or job by phone, text, or email
- Making the website and our service better
Nothing else. We won't use your info for stuff that has nothing to do with why you reached out.
Calls, Texts, and Your Consent
By submitting your phone number and email through this site, you are providing express written consent for E'Bros Property Services Inc., along with its affiliates, agents, and service providers, to contact you at that number about our products and services. That includes contact by autodialed or prerecorded and artificial voice calls, by text message (SMS and MMS), and by email, even if your telephone number is a cellular number or listed on a corporate, state, or the National Do Not Call Registry or any other do not contact list.
You may opt out at any time by emailing us a Do Not Call Request at info@ebrosdumpsters.com. Your consent is not required as a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. By communicating with us by phone or email, you give your consent for those calls, texts, and emails to be recorded for quality and training purposes.
Want the texts to stop? Just reply STOP to any text from us. And we don't share your cell number or your text consent with other companies or affiliates for their own marketing. Not now, not ever.
Cookies and Third Party Services
A few outside services help the site work and load fast. Some of them may set their own cookies.
- Maps. Some pages show a Google map of the towns we cover. Google may set cookies when that map loads.
- Fonts and icons. We pull fonts and icons from outside servers so the site looks right. Those servers may log a basic request from your browser.
- Stats and ad tools. We may use tools that show how people find the site and which pages help. They may set their own cookies too.
- Online booking. The Book Online button takes you to the iCans checkout, which runs under its own rules.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers let you. Just know some parts of the site might act a little different if you do.
We Don't Sell Your Information
We don't sell your personal info. We don't rent it out or trade it either. The only people who see it are the companies that help us run the business, like our phone, texting, email, and booking tools, and they only get it so they can do that work for us.
Your Choices and Requests

Changes to This Policy
The business changes. So does the law. When this policy changes, we'll post the new version right here and update the date at the top. If you keep using the site after that, you're agreeing to the new version.
